Been a bit of reality here on the blog lately. What can I say, Donna just keeps it real. Here's a bit more for you, ladies. Sometimes I can't believe I post shit like this, and sometimes I can't believe I don't. But I do think I may explode if I don't get some of this off my chest sometimes.

I'm not totally anonymous. I do have a handful of close friends that read this drivel (or say they do), but hey, they already know how I feel about my life as a housewife, so I guess in the immortal words of 'Buzzbomb' on The Dead Kennedy's album Give me Convenience or Give me Death....Leeeetttttteeeerrrrr RIP!

I can't believe you treat me that way
and think that it's okay.

Day after day you say you're trying,
but so many days end with me crying.

You hurt me more than I have been hurt before,
my soul can hardly take much more.

Instead of being mindful of your thoughts and feelings,
you spew your frustration upon me without a thought to all my dealings.

The balance here is off and my heart is just too soft.

I do think it will soon break because
there really isn't much more I can take.

I can't believe you treat me that way
and expect me to forever stay.

But you know I will. At least for today.

And I sure don't know what would make you think I'd want to be Ms. Fucking Suzy Homemaker for your jackass jerkface. I am so not folding this laundry here or loading the dishwasher even if it is empty.


I hate this fucking gig.
